Driven by a passion for healing and a deep understanding of the challenges of modern life, Amy is a dedicated labor and delivery nurse and a certified neurofeedback practitioner. Married to her husband, Phil, and the busy mother of two boys, Amy navigates the demands of a fulfilling career and family life with grace and resilience.
Her journey into neurofeedback began during the challenging aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a burnt-out mom and nurse, Amy struggled with sleeplessness, frustration, and a sense of simply surviving rather than thriving. Discovering LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) was a turning point. Within weeks, she experienced a profound transformation, regaining her sense of well-being and vitality.
Witnessing the remarkable impact LENS had on her own life, and seeing the positive changes in her husband, Phil, who experienced relief from the effects of a traumatic brain injury, Amy and Phil were inspired to share the benefits of neurofeedback with others. Their shared enthusiasm led them to establish their own LENS practice, where Amy now helps individuals rediscover balance and achieve optimal brain health.
